Trauma-informed Therapy for Anxious, Deeply Feeling Souls
You hold yourself to impossibly high standards and are your harshest critic. You may be high-achieving, hyper-responsible, or constantly striving— and struggle with stress, burnout, self-doubt, "imposter syndrome," shame, or the feeling that you’re not enough. Together, we'll help you slow down and soften without collapsing, understand your nervous system & stress response, practice self-compassion instead of self-criticism, and feel more grounded, connected, and at ease in your life.
Maybe you're grieving someone who was once your home, letting go of a future you thought was certain, and trying to figure out who you are now & where you're going. Grief, anger, relief, feeling lost... are all normal. Together, we'll help you heal, rediscover what you want, and move forward with greater confidence, clarity, and self-trust. This chapter may be ending, but your story isn't over & what's next can feel expansive, meaningful, and full of possibility.
You may feel anxious, unseen, emotionally drained, or like you're always giving more than you receive. Fear of rejection, abandonment, or conflict avoidance may keep you stuck in patterns that leave you feeling disconnected, unfulfilled, or alone. Together, we'll heal the deeper roots of these patterns and create a new blueprint for relationships—one built on self-worth, healthy boundaries, emotional safety, and secure, fulfilling connection.
You may find yourself crying for no reason, feeling emotionally sensitive, questioning everything, wanting to withdraw from the world... Anxiety, sadness, irritability, and self-criticism can become so intense that you barely recognize yourself. Therapy helps you make sense of these emotional waves, and navigate your monthly cycle with greater understanding, self-compassion, and support.
You say yes when you mean no, absorb and take responsibility for everyone else's emotions, and are conflict avoidant, fearing disappointing others more than you fearing losing yourself. Therapy helps you stop abandoning yourself to keep the peace, reconnect with your needs and voice, and learn that you can be loving, honest, and deeply caring without losing yourself in the process.
You may feel stuck in a constant cycle of overthinking, worrying, second-guessing yourself, and trying to anticipate every possible outcome. Together, we'll uncover the deeper patterns driving your anxiety, understand your nervous system & stress response, help you quiet the mental noise, trust yourself more deeply, and move through life with greater calm, confidence, and ease.
Each of these is a doorway into the same core healing — building higher self-esteem and self-love, and reconnecting to your worth, your voice, and the life you actually want.

"There is no force more powerful than a woman determined to rise"
"Our world needs women who are dangerously awake, fully alive, and unified in heart and purpose"
Yet so many of us have been taught to prioritize being liked over being authentic, needed over being nourished, and agreeable over being fully ourselves.
My work is about helping women come home to themselves—to their voice, their worth, their truth, and the life they actually want to live.
I warmly welcome and celebrate people of all cultures, backgrounds, identities, beliefs, relationship structures, and lived experiences.

My approach is trauma-informed, holistic, and deeply personalized. I draw from multiple evidence-based approaches and weave them together in a way that honors the whole of who you are: mind, body, heart, and soul. I'm genuine, warm, and deeply compassionate. I'll laugh with you, sit in the hard moments with you, and gently challenge you when it's time.
You do not have to earn your worth. You do not have to prove yourself to deserve love. And you do not have to abandon yourself to belong.
My path to becoming a therapist wasn't just professional—it was deeply personal. I've spent a lot of my life trying to be who I thought everyone else wanted me to be.
I was the good girl. The responsible one. The achiever. The peacemaker.
I learned early that being successful got me praise, being agreeable kept people happy, and being easy to love meant not being too much, too needy, too emotional, too inconvenient.
So I became a chameleon.
I could read a room in seconds and shape-shift into whoever I thought people wanted me to be. I said yes when I wanted to say no. I avoided conflict like my life depended on it. I worried constantly about disappointing people. I became an expert at taking care of everyone else while quietly abandoning myself.
The problem is, when you spend years shape-shifting, people-pleasing, achieving, and putting everyone else's needs ahead of your own, eventually there's a cost. You may find yourself burned out, emotionally numb, depressed, sky-rocketing anxiety, disconnected from your body.... wondering how you ended up living a life that looks fine on the outside but doesn't feel like yours on the inside.
My healing journey taught me something I wish every woman knew:
My Story ~ I've been there too
that's why I do this work.
